br365 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the br365 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other rules or policies published on the br365 platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and br365 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.

To register and use br365, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. br365 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. br365 does not permit use of its services by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information at all times.
• You must not be a previously excluded or self-excluded player, or an individual who has been identified by br365 as posing a risk of harm to themselves or others in the context of online gaming.

br365 conducts age and identity verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Accounts opened with false information, including misrepresented age, will be immediately suspended and any funds held will be subject to review and potential forfeiture pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the br365 platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. br365 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.
• You must notify br365 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of account security.
• Account balances belong exclusively to the registered account holder. Transfers of balances, credits, or account access to third parties are not permitted.
• br365 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time, including requests for government-issued identification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation.

br365 may suspend or permanently close an account where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the account holder has violated these Terms & Conditions, has provided false or misleading information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

br365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players. All monetary amounts on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). br365 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other approved Bangladesh bank transfers. The list of accepted methods may be updated from time to time.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. br365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in another person's name, or payment methods not previously used for deposits.
• br365 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, source of funds review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

Deposits made but not wagered are subject to a processing review before withdrawal approval. br365 may apply an administrative handling charge on deposits withdrawn without any gaming activity, as a measure against payment system abuse.

br365 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The general rules in this section apply to all br365 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance, not the real-money balance. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• br365 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once claimed, the bonus terms in effect at the time of claiming apply for the duration of that bonus.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Players who are found to be using bonus offers in a systematic, professional, or collusive manner — including bonus abuse, arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account exploitation — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for potential suspension.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.

br365 may at its discretion offer reload bonuses, cricket season promotions (including around BPL and T20 World Cup), Eid bonuses, Pohela Boishakh offers, and other seasonal or event-based promotions. Each will be accompanied by its own specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the br365 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Using software, bots, algorithms, or any automated means to interact with the platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the br365 platform, whether under the same identity or different identities, for any purpose including circumventing limits or exploiting bonuses.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. br365 has an obligation to report suspicious financial activity and cooperates fully with relevant Bangladeshi authorities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or game information in real time during live dealer games, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to br365 at any stage — including during registration, KYC, bonus claims, or customer support interactions.

br365 employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Detection triggers an automatic account review. br365's determination in cases of suspected prohibited conduct is final and binding, and players found to have engaged in such conduct have no claim to balances held at the time of account suspension.

br365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available through the account dashboard and can be activated at any time. br365 encourages all players to use these tools proactively. Gambling should be a form of entertainment. br365 strictly enforces the minimum age of 21. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any deposits returned where technically feasible, subject to verification. br365 takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously and cooperates with guardians and authorities where underage access is suspected.

br365 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, br365 expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. br365 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall br365, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if br365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. br365's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve calendar months preceding the relevant claim.

br365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, br365 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
